The evening clean is not a presentation
An office cleaned at seven in the evening is in excellent condition at eight the next morning and progressively less so through the day. If clients arrive at two in the afternoon, they see the premises after six hours of ordinary use: cups on the meeting table, a kitchen that has served lunch, marks on the entry glass and a studio floor that has had people moving across it since eight.
None of that reflects on the evening attendance, which did exactly what it was scheduled to do. It simply means the schedule is aimed at the wrong moment for this particular purpose. Adding a short reset before the visit addresses the gap directly, at a fraction of the cost of increasing the overall frequency in the hope of covering it.
