Two start times on one weekly plan
The showroom side sets its own deadline. Glass, entry matting, the customer counter and any display seating have to be presentable before the first walk-in, which usually means an attendance that finishes before opening rather than one that starts after closing. Everything in that window is presentation work, kept short and deliberately narrow so it can be completed reliably every trading morning without spilling into the hour when staff arrive.
The administration side runs the opposite way. Desks, meeting space, the staff kitchen and the amenities used by warehouse staff are better handled after the last shift leaves, because that is when floors can be done without interruption and bins can be consolidated in one pass. Writing both windows into the same document stops the two halves of the site quietly competing for the same cleaner at the same hour.
